INSTALLATION DEPTH
The 3P shower drain heat recovery from Joulia only has an installation depth of 9cm. This includes an integrated siphon.
REMOVABLE
If unexpected emergencies arise, the shower drain heat exchanger can be completely dismantled. The copper heat exchanger can be completely removed without any demolition work. The copper pipes can also be removed and, if necessary, replaced separately.
SECURITY
Do you want certainty? Then Joulia shower drain heat recovery is the solution. In addition to a standard (mandatory) leak detection, the heat exchanger has an additional acoustic leak detection. In the event of an internal leak, the end user will hear a signal as an alarm. The gutter also has an earthing point.
CLEANING SHOWER DRAIN
When you shower, you lose body hair and the shower drain becomes contaminated with soap residue. You should therefore clean every shower drain every now and then. Joulia has therefore developed a special grid to prevent pollution as much as possible. If the shower drain needs to be cleaned, you can easily remove the grille. You can quickly clean the container in no time using the included brush.
HOW DOES A SHOWER DRAIN WTW WORK?
With a normal shower drain, warm shower water flows directly to the sewer. However, a shower drain heat exchanger is equipped with a copper heat exchanger. As a result, the hot water first flows over several copper pipes. Cold supply water flows through these pipes and is preheated by the warm residual water. This means that the shower mixer tap needs to mix less hot water to achieve the desired shower temperature.
